Fresh Fruit with Peanut Maple Dip

A creative kids recipe that will have them eating more fruit. Watch for healthier versions of your peanut butter and maple-flavored syrup that are available.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
1 medium banana
1 medium apple

Directions:

  • In a small bowl use a rubber scraper to mix the peanut butter and maple flavored syrup.
  • Microwave on high, uncovered for 15-30 seconds until the mixture is warm and runny.
  • Take your peeled banana and cut crosswise into 1-inch sections.
  • Core your apple and cut into 1/4 sections, then cut again into small chunks.
