Tortilla Turkey Wrap

This recipe is part of our 5-Day School Lunch Menu.

Ingredients:

1 small whole wheat tortilla
2 oz low salt deli turkey breast (or leftover cooked turkey breast)
1½ cups chopped arugula
2½ oz low fat cheese, shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 Tbsp low fat mayonnaise

Directions:

Spread mayo on tortilla and layer with turkey, cheese, and arugula. Roll up tortilla and wrap in foil.

Hints:

  • Mayo can be mixed with fresh chive and basil for a zingy flavor
