Ingredients:
1 can (6 ounces) water-packed, chunk light tuna, chilled, rinsed, drained, and flaked 4 ounces reduced-fat soft-style cream cheese, at room temperature (or ultra low-fat mayo) 1/3 cup finely chopped celery or pickles 8 slices whole-wheat bread
Directions:
Hint: Read your tuna can label to ensure it is water packed and not oil packed.
