Simple and spicy, this shrimp dish
can be prepared in advance and grilled just before serving.
Ingredients:
8 Large raw shrimp cleaned, tails
removed
skewers, 8-10 inches long
Ingredients for the Marinade
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh parsley minced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
10 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili paste
Directions:
Prepare the marinade; pour into
a shallow dish wide enough to hold the skewers and
set aside.
Straighten the shrimp; take soaked
skewers, insert into the shrimp lengthwise. Marinate
the shrimp for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling shrimp takes no time
at all. When you're ready to serve, grill or broil
the shrimp on the skewers for only 1 to 2 minutes
per side until pink.
