Rosemary Rubbed Tuna

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen tuna, halibut, or salmon steaks
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Directions

  • Cut into 4 serving-size portions.
  • Brush both sides with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Using your fingers, rub garlic and rosemary onto both sides of fish

To broil:

  • Place fish on the greased rack of a broiler pan.
  • Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness. If fish is more than 1 inch thick, gently turn it halfway through broiling.

Presentation:

Place sprigs of rosemary on top of each portion.
