Salmon with Mustard Maple Sauce

Ingredients

(1) 6-7 oz. piece center cut salmon fillet, skinned
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
3 tsp. water
2 Tbs. Martha's Hot Mustard
2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 to 1/2 Tbs. cornstarch to thicken
2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/4 cup chopped scallion greens

Directions

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet until hot, saute salmon, transfer to platter and keep warm.
  • Remove skillet from heat and cool 1 minute.
  • Whisk ingredients in skillet and pour sauce over salmon before serving.
