2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 can (19 oz.) chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 red pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
2 - 4 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Slice the red pepper into strips
and grill until crispy in the oven or on the barbecue
Place all ingredients in a food
processer and and mix until there is a rough paste
achieved.
Chill and serve
