1/4 cup Egg Beaters or other egg replacements.
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 slices of your favorite day-old bread cut slightly on the diagonal
Vegetable spray
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the first 5 ingredients together.
Take a slice of bread and soak it briefly in the egg
mixture.
On a hot, vegetable sprayed skillet brown your French
toast lightly on both sides. (To prevent sticking, avoid flipping bread over
until it has slightly browned.)
Serve with topping of your choice.
Optional toppings: fresh fruit, low fat syrup
