Fresh Herbed Crab

(Low-Fat Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 cleaned, cooked fresh crabs
1/2 cup water or wine
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 teaspoon basil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 fresh green pepper, chopped
1/2 fresh onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

  • Crack the crab legs slightly.
  • In a large skillet, saute all the ingredients in the water or wine.
  • Simmer together for 1 hour, adding liquid if necessary
