Rosemary Mustard Chicken

(Low-Carb Recipe)

Ingredients

5 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp crushed rosemary
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions:

  • Spray a large skillet with Pam Cooking Spray
  • Saute chicken breasts over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side
  • Add rosemary, mustard and orange juice
  • Simmer 7-10 minutes until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened
  • Pour sauce over chicken

(5 servings)

Presentation Tip: Serve over a bed or rice and lay a small sprig of rosemary on top of the chicken upon serving.
