Gingered Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb broccoli
1" fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  • Trim broccoli stalks
  • Separate broccoli into florets
  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook broccoli until tender-crisp
  • Strain the broccoli
  • In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry ginger slices
  • Add salt and broccoli
  • Add sesame oil, stir and serve
